My name is Aimee Moore and I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor under the supervision of Caitlin Lowry, LMFT.

I am passionate about working with couples (life transitions, marital and premarital), individuals and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. I strive to provide a space that allows you to feel fully supported through gentle guidance and reflection; tailoring my therapeutic approach to best fit your unique needs and goals.

My approach is grounded in openness, honesty, trust, and humor. My aim is to support you in feeling empowered, thrive in relationships with yourself and others, and experience healing and growth. I strive to provide my clients with safe spaces where they can show up exactly as they are: authentically human. In this space we honor your humanness which requires more acceptance, less criticism and more self-compassion.

In 2019 I graduated from Grand Canyon University with my Master’s in Professional Counseling and I have spent the last two years serving those with extensive trauma and disrupted attachments. In my work with couples, I incorporate principles of the Gottman Method through an attachment lens. I have completed Level One of the Gottman Institute’s training and plan to eventually become a certified Gottman Institute trained therapist.

With individuals and young adults I enjoy taking a client-centered approach rooted in identifying and supporting my clients in finding solutions to target their goals and address their needs.

I feel honored at the opportunity to work with each one of my clients and look forward to working with you. Let’s get started.
