My name is Aubrey Zimmer, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Tailwinds Therapy located in downtown Clovis.
Whether you have been before, or this is your first time pursuing therapy, I know how scary it can be to make that first call for help. My goal is to make this process as easy and comfortable as possible. As your therapist, I strive to create a safe space for you built on trust as we collaborate together on your unique healing journey.
I am deeply passionate about mental health and its ability to transform lives through support, insight and empowerment. As each individual is unique, I meet each person where they are at. Whether you are processing trauma or struggling with anxiety, depression or life transitions, we will work together during the process.
I have current availability for in-office and online (telehealth) sessions on Mondays – Thursdays (updated 1.19.26).
I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds, cultures and sexual orientations. I work from a narrative and psychodynamic framework that is rooted in empowering clients to find meaning in their life experiences… past, present, and future.
