We are excited to be continuing to grow our therapeutic team!
Tailwinds Therapy is now hiring for an ASSOCIATE MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIAN position either part-time (15+ client hours weekly), or full-time (25+ client hours weekly).
Our ideal candidate will have availability on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays to see clients in-office and online for therapy services at our location in downtown Clovis, CA.
Tailwinds Therapy offers a dynamic approach to helping individuals, couples, and families overcome their struggles through providing services that include traditional in-office therapy sessions, telehealth (online), as well as a more hands-on approach to therapy through providing Equine Assisted Psychotherapy services.
NOTE: Equine services are currently provided by Caitlin Lowry, LMFT and additional specialized training in Natural Lifemanship, EAGALA, PATH, or ARCH are required to offer equine services.
Horse experience is NOT necessary to apply!
We are seeking to hire trauma-informed clinicians with a passion for animal-assisted therapies. Training in EMDR is preferred, but not required.
Supervision is provided by Caitlin Lowry, LMFT for provisionally licensed candidates.

We offer flexibility for scheduling as well as options for time off to support our clinicians in caring for themselves so that they can be their best selves at both work and home. Work from home options can be available for telehealth sessions and/or documentation.
We provide the all necessary items needed for you to complete your role as a therapist and offer support and encouragement along the way.
Tailwinds Therapy maintains an open-door policy where we encourage collaboration and consultation between clinicians to allow for support with cases as well as interpersonal support. We encourage our clinicians to see clients who are the best fit for their specific specialities and we support our staff in developing their own unique style as a clinician.
